There's a tourist bus from the Sapporo bus terminus that brings you straight to the doorstep of the Sapporo beer factory so if you are not in a hurry, that's a great way to get there. The museum was an interesting find but all the guided visits are in Japanese. My hubby and I got caught behind a group fo Thai tourists with their own guide but clearly the Thai commentary wasn't helping us either. At the shop and cafe downstairs we got down to the serious business of beer tasting. They have sampler sets so you get three different varieties to try at once. They also provide complimentary rice crakcers to go with the beer, which was a great pairing. When all the beer is drained and you are happ(ier), head to the shop to put down some of your cash. We got matching T-shirts (such a tourist thing to do!), local snacks and some mementos. If you're too early to catch the bus back to the terminal, head to the huge mall next more!

It wasn't that the factory is in a small town 20 minutes from Sapporo that was a problem. Our Japanese friend travelling with 6 of us called a few times in advance to the reception to book the tour, but nobody answered. Then called again and finally talked to someone who booked us. We got there and never did they say it was maintenance day, which meant the whole place is shut down aside from the tour. The tour was entirely in Japanses which was Ok, but there could be more written explanations of everything in our languages than just Japanse. The guide's voice was kind of shrill and she talked non stop rapid Japanese for 50 minutes straight. No photos halfway through the tour was another negative. The tasting, which was a couple glasses of beer, was nice enough, at no charge, but my pal asked for an extra package of Sapporo Beer Crackers to go with his 2nd glass and was flatly turned down. For a company selling something like 150 billion yen of beer a year, a package of crackers was going to break the bank. The tours are obviously a PR opportunity, they could be a lot better.

Went for an inside tour to know about how the beer factory got started and evolved till todays giant in Sapporo. I had lunge in for a taste of different types of beer after the visit. Well worth the time and my children enjoyed it....not the beer.

It is not too far from Sapporo city, but Eniwa city has nothing. If you are taking JR, make sure you check the schedule, so you won't have to wait at the station forever to get back into Sapporo.The tour was pretty nice - it was during the maintenance or something, so we didn't see anything moving. The tour guide tried to make it as entertaining as possible. There is free beer at the end of the tour, so enjoy!

日本でビールと言えば、北海道で生まれたサッポロビールを抜きにして語れません。ということで、この工場は北海道らしい広大な敷地の約44％が緑地となっており、緑豊かな環境と美味しいビールを作るための新鋭設備が見事に共存しています。ビールや発泡酒ができるまでを見学して無料の試飲ができるほか、緑地を活かしたパークゴルフ場でプレーが楽しめたり、動植物や自然に触れることが出来るビオトープ園まであり、単なるビール工場にとどまりません。　ちなみに冬には全長約5キロのクロスカントリースキーも楽しめます。ビールが出来るまでを観るのは面白かったですが、お土産でもらえたサッポロビヤクラッカーの美味しさも印象に残っています（笑）

ビールができるまでの工程を見学できます。駅から徒歩10分ほどですが、本数が少ないので注意してください。駅からは見えるのですぐわかります。見学途中、じゃんけん大会があり缶ビール型の勝ち抜くと貯金箱がもらえます。試飲は工場直送の黒ラベルとクラッシックを１杯ずついただけます。

先日、サッポロビール工場に行ってきました。最寄の駅は無人駅でそこから徒歩で10分程度です。工場ではビールの試飲も出来ます。ビール好きにはオススメです。

とても色々なことを知った有意義なツァーでした。特にきれいな泡ができる３度つぎの方法は、どこに行ってもずっと実践しています。ちょっと時間がかかるので、みんなで乾杯したいときは不向きですが・・・。最後におつまみつきの試飲が２杯分ついてますが、昼間だったせいもあり、とても飲みきれませんでした。とても楽しかったです。

サッポロビール北海道工場の試飲会場は景色が良いです。横がグランドゴルフが出来、一面芝生と木立で緑がきれいです。JRではサッポロビール庭園駅より徒歩５分程度。ただ、止まる列車は普通のみ、札幌からでしたら恵庭で乗り換えです。試飲は黒ラベル、サッポロクラシック美味いんだな、途中でクイズがあり、当たればクラシックビール缶の貯金箱がもらえます。（１名のみ）

サッポロビール工場の試飲付きツアーは他では有料になっていますが、ここは無料です。予約は他のビール会社とはちがい、ホームページでは空き状況がわからず、電話する必要があります。駅からは歩いて行けますが、停まらない電車があるので、注意が必要です。ツアーの途中で、クイズをしたりして、楽しませてくださいました。最後はもちろん黒ラベルとクラシックの試飲を楽しめます。

北海道のビール工場見学は去年のアサヒに続き、2つめ。今回はビールの美味しい注ぎ方、グラスの冷やし方など、とても勉強になりました。ガイドの方も質問に真摯に答えてくださって、満足度大！でした。

あいにく、工場ラインがお休みで、缶や瓶の詰めて行く作業は見れませんでしたが、ビールを作り方からお勉強になりました。最後はできたてのビールが飲める。黒ラベルとクラッシック両方飲めます。ジンギスカンも食べれるレストランもあります。

에니와 시에 위치한 삿포로 홋카이도 맥주공장은 삿포로 시내에 있는 박물관과는 다르게 실제로 가동되고 있는 공장이며 공장이 돌아가고 있는 모습을 견학할 수 있다. 아침 10시부터 오후 5시까지 한시간에 한번씩 견학이 실시되고 있으며 예약을 하는 것이 좋다. 2014년 현재 인터넷 예약은 받고 있지 않아 전화로 예약을 해야한다. 전화로 예약할 경우 상담원에 따라 다르겠지만 약간의 영어가 가능하여 예약할 수 있으며 이름/ 동행인 수 / 공장에 오는 방법 (렌트카인지 기차인지등을 확인) / 시간 등을 묻는다. 공장은 신치토세공항에서 차로 30분정도 되는 거리이다. 주변이 번화한 도심이 아니라서 렌트카가 아닌 경우 교통편이 쉽지 않은 것 같다. 공장 내부는 대체로 선토리 교토 맥주 공장과 비슷한 모습이고 한글 안내 자료가 준비되어있다. 하나 이색적인 것은 캔과 캔 뚜껑을 접합시켜 마무리 하는 프레스를 안내원이 직접 시연하여주는 코너가 있고, 시연에서 제작된 캔 모양 저금통을 퀴즈의 상품으로 주는 것이 독특했다. 일본어 안내는 하나도 없어서 소소하게 알아들을 수는 없지만 기계가 가동되고 있는 것을 직접 보고 한국어 안내문을 보는 것으로 내용 이해는 갈 듯 하다. 마지막의 시음코스는 최대 3잔까지 맛볼 수 있고 홋카이도에서 판매되는 삿포로 클래식과 삿포로 맥주를 안주와 함께 맛볼 수 있다. 안주는 삿포로 비어 크래커와 1인당 1개씩 홋카이도 치즈도 함께 준비해준다. 또한 운전자 또는 미성년자. 음주할 수 없는 사람의 경우 무알콜 맥주와 음료수들을 준비해준다. 시음을 하는 동안에도 (산토리에서도 하던) 맥주컵에 일정비율 거품을 예쁘게 따르는 법을 보여준다던지 사진을 찍어준다던지 한다. 이곳 시음장은 널찍널찍한 홋카이도 답게 2층의 높이에서 탁 트인 초원을 바라볼 수 있어 경관이 매우 좋다. 바로 옆에는 삿포로 유리잔, 크래커, 홋카이도 과자, 기념품, 맥주 등등을 살 수 있는 기념품점이 마련되어있다. 그 밖에 공장 견학의 출구 1층에는 음식점이 있으며 바로 옆에는 골프장 코스가 있다. - 보통 삿포로 맥주 박물관을 많이 찾기 마련인데, 그곳보다는 시음이 무료인 점과 주변의 탁 트인 경관, 실제로 가동중인 공장을 볼 수 있는 점들이 매우 마음에 들었던 곳.

見学のガイドさんの説明が丁寧で気持ちの良いものでした。見学者のために後ろ向きで歩いていくその姿勢がよかったです。そのあとのおつまみつきのビールを二杯いただきました。

予約はいりますが、気軽に立ち寄れます。見学後の試飲も満足でした。併設レストランのジンギスカンが思っていた以上によかったです。
