We visited last February and it was not crowded on a weekday. There was no queue to any attractions. Kids got tired having fun!! We particularly loved the tiger safari and tiger encounter. The guides are really nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Would love to visit this place again when our youngest ( 2-year old now) is a preschooler so she can enjoy like her brother (5) and sister (8) did. We got what we paid for during this visit and much more! Lots of memories.
This place is great and has lots to offer. You can feed the lions and have a real up close encounter with them. The zip line through the jungle is very good and scary what's nice.
Feeding the lions was the only highlight of the trip since it's the only thing you cant really do in the zoos within Metro Manila. We probably just expected too much.
Had a great experience here with my partner the tiger photos and feeding were good whole park is well set out and easy to navigate. If possibleGet there early 8 - 9 am as tour groups seem to arrive at lunch times and things get busy quickly
- Absolutely amazing and cheap !- Strongly suggest you buy all the extra's (chicken to feed crocodiles, food basket for farm animals)- Strongly suggest you go on the lion & tiger safari (make sure you buy chicken baskets = great photo opportunities more likely chance for the lions/tigers to interact with you)- Get a photo with a tiger ! they are super friendly and unlike many other foreign tiger shelters, these tigers are not sedated during the photo = a lot more ethical
Entrance fee is quite expensive. The compound is huge but the animals are quite limited. If you want to see the tigers and you want to feed the tigers, make sure to go as early as you can and do the tiger tour first before you do any of the other attraction. We went after lunch, we did the walking tours 1st before we finally did the tigers. By then all the tigers were already well fed so they were lazy and just slept.
First of all, place was too crowded. You have to wait on everything you can do. This made the trip a lot less relaxing and more stressful. Even when we already bought our tickets through their agent in Manila, we still have to queue for so long to claim the actual tickets. Waiting for the train to get to the next stops was not that bad. They were frequent and each train could accommodate quite a large group of people. BUT, waiting to get into the tiger safari was a nightmare. We were group no. 17 (grouping was based on the people who got into the same train from the starting point). When we got to the waiting area for the tiger safari, they were serving group no. 13. After almost an hour, still group 13. We had a child with us that was getting irritated with the long wait and the hot weather. We decided to leave, leave Zoobic Safari. Well, one more thing, I suggest you drive your own car inside instead of taking the trains. Because if you want to leave midway, you'd have to take the train and go around the park before it gets to the entrance/exit. Second, the place is neither wheelchair nor stroller friendly. I heard another group of guests with an elderly in wheelchair complaining how inconsiderate they have designed the place. Third, the trains are causing serious air pollution (see pictures uploaded). I was very disappointed with this knowing that this is a park that majors on "nature".The cave with stuffed (preserved) animals is a stupid idea. I find the way they do it not suitable for kids. But i do like the part where they allow people to feed the goats. It was a nice close encounter.
A little pleasure that you MIGHT have here will be very fast forgotten by the fact that you have to wait in line either to enter or wait for the tram...we ...group of 10 with a kid waited more then 30 min to see a tiger for 30 sec......the ride was no more then 8 min....the wait again 30 min for tram...then see the smelly cages....then go to crocodiles....for 10 min...then again wait for 40 min in the rain for the tram ..... ..take my advice if you will find yoursel there...and u r at crocodile are walk....is only 5 min walking...less then 1km....we all lough when we saw how close we were from parking lot...after 40 min waiting...WALK ;)... all the best.
Very well organised. Some strange exhibits though. Didn't expect a whole roomful off stuffed animals!
