I'm not sure where to post a review for an activity, but I hope I'm doing it right. So I wanted to try something new, and decided to give ice climbing a try. I found this company: One axe pursuits, and booked with them. Unfortunately I arrived a bit late (I got a bit lost and ended up in another town) thankfully the lady was very friendly and helped me catch up to the rest of the group. I struggled a bit at first, but thankfully the staff are very helpful and encouraging. I also felt no pressure at all to keep climbing when I felt that I needed to come down. Which was great this being my first time and all. I got better throughout the day, and had a blast. I would definitely recommend this to someone feeling like they could use some adventure in their lives.

An easy 10 minute hike on a scenic wooded trail brings you to this pretty waterfall. I recommend you go on a hot summer day to this cool shady spot. Bring your camera.

love the water falls, love the ice around the falls due to the mist from the falls. I also love the sunlight when it glistens off the ice.

We have the distinct pleasure of being a neighbour to this beautiful walk with a spectacular waterfall at the end. Certainly a place that warrants a visit during any and all 4 seasons. I am always pleased to see that for the most part people respect this part of green space and don't litter. The walk is doable for most although it can be a little slippery when leaf covered or wet but, with care, worth the small effort. There is a fee for parking - no attendant - but a printed slip to put on your dashboard - hopefully if you visit, you will pay the nominal charge!

Great little waterfall system, just a few yards down the trail from the road. Remember, this is Hamilton where no street or parking area is safe from automated parking ticket machines.

Short walk to the base of Tiffany Falls. When the water is flowing they can be quite spectacular. Once we have a long period of cold weather fun to watch the ice climbers scaling the solid ice face. In winter suggest use of walking aids or grippers on footwear for safety.

An easy 300 metre walk to a wonderful view. A much better way to spend Boxing Day than at the crowded sales.

This is the kind of waterfall that has given Hamilton it's new reputation as being the site of so many natural wonders. In every season there is something different to see here. In Spring it can be quite majestic with the added runoff. In summer and autumn, ribbons of water trickle across mossy rock formations. And in winter, this is one of the more popular sites in Ontario for ice climbing in a truly spectacular setting. Even though you're only about 500 metres from the road, it feels like a secluded oasis on the Bruce trail.

- A very short hike from the parking lot, perfect for older and younger visitors- The falls is just beautiful- Take a camera with you many different spots to take some amazing shots- You can walk right up to the foot of the falls, in the summer it is a delight to have the cold water splash your feet- Must visit!

we have stopped off at Tiffany Falls many times in the past 3 years !! Love the peaceful walk .... We have pictures of winter, spring summer & fall .. Tiffany is a must if we're close by ..as we were yesterday

We have gone a few times, its specially nice right at dusk, in the spring and summer, or just as the falls start to freeze for the winter. You get to walk along the river, that leads up to the falls, and stand right at the foot of them while the water tower's overtop. If you live in Hamilton and you haven't been there your missing out, grab your camera and head down to Tiffany falls, you will enjoy it. Its not a far walk from where you park either

I will also do a review under "Waterfalls of Hamilton". We ended our hike here. I can't find the August 3rd review that someone else did mentioning poison ivy. I was grateful for that review because it helped my family. There was a lot of poison ivy on the Ancaster Falls Walk...especially on the Bruce Trail between Sherman and Tiffany Falls, and the path was narrow = you couldn't help brush against it. We had some residue on our pant legs. That particular, afore-mentioned stretch is rocky in parts, slippery from mud, and some areas are steep...not dangerous per se, but you could blow out an ankle without proper footwear. I was amazed by the people in shorts and flip-flops at the different falls...they must not havedone the full hike. Some parts would not be good for people with mobility issues, or young children. It is best to check with the locals to see if any of the falls in the Hamilton area are dry...we were told the Devil's Punch Bowl was (1st week in August). This specific conservation area was the easiest part of the hike = easy walking. You can park for $ 2/ hour $10/ day. There are no washrooms. Tiffany Falls are great and you can walk right up to them. You can easily do the short jaunt from the parking to Tiffany Falls, and back in less than an hour, and probably wear shorts.

The little hike, the two bridges, the Falls and the natural beauty of the escarpment! However, it would have been better of the Washboard Falls remained open to the public rather than be gated off. It is unfortunate that we cannot have access to them anymore s they are just above Tiffany Falls and the little river is just so beautiful to see, too.

Its a fairly short walk to get to the falls so if you hoping to "hike" persay, you will be disappointed. The flow of water of the falls is on the weak side even after raining (that isn't to say its a bad thing.. depends on one's preference).Right in front to the side of the falls, there is a wooden deck where one can take photos from a slightly elevated height. There is a large boulder on the other side of the falls so if one chooses to stand on top to take photos, that is an option.Overall a nice waterfall to check out although Albion Falls has more to offer in my opinion.
