Pricing is a hard argument to defend as fair value is determined more so by personal circumstance than by market competition. If we're judged against our competitors, we are typically far and away a much better value for virtually everything we offer, but if we're compared to what one believes the cost should be; that's a completely different argument (take movie theatre popcorn pricing for instance)...Birthday parties start at just $10 per person (minimum of 6 participants) which includes a 90 minute reserved table with a dedicated host, animated stage show, party favors, arcade games and attractions for all participants plus the birthday child receives prize tickets, Smarties, a helium balloon and a free game of mini golf for their next visit. The clean up alone is worth the price to me :)Concerning the noise; it is true that the volume can be high, especially on weekend days when we have hundreds of children that come to have FUN- I wouldn't stop it even if I could :)

So if everything was awesome, appropriately priced, clean, well- maintained and fun for everyone, what did we need to do to get that 5th star?! Thank you just the same for your fantastic review!

Cost is always a tricky, subjective conversation. Comparatively our prices are extremely aggressive and typically well beneath our competitors in all areas. Concerning birthday parties, our basic package starts at only $10 per participant with a 6 participant minimum ($60 total including tax) and includes arcade credits, 90 minutes at your reserved table with a dedicated host to serve and clean up, animated stage show, party favors, a helium balloon, smarties, tickets for prizes and a free game of golf (for their next visit) for the birthday child, complimentary premium coffee and tea for each parent, and storage for presents so you can stay and play as long after as you would like! It's not even my birthday and I feel compelled to book one today :)

It's true we've come a long way in 25 years (more new games just arrived) but even still, there's always the chance a guest arrives to find a handful of games temporarily offline. Any given weekend can bring many thousands of enthusiastic players and a game can only take so much before needing a bit of repair and maintenance! Very pleased this was not the case for your visit...welcome back!

Thanks for your review although I wish you articulated what you felt needed updating. With so many areas already renovated, I feel that after 25 great years of business we're better than we've ever been! That said, there is still much to do and more to improve- constructive criticism is always of value to us. But concerning volume and lighting, not unlike a cinema, an arcade requires robust sound and low light to enhance screen clarity and the overall gaming experience...

"Kids of all ages" is a phrase easily thrown around, but rarely does the venue provide such an experience for all demographics. Your review is most welcome as are your grandkids!I will agree with you that after 25 years of entertaining millions of guests, some areas are going to show signs of wear and tear- but we tirelessly maintain our standards of cleanliness while continuing to renew and upgrade! As for the volume level, ‘FUN and quiet’ is a difficult recipe to put together in this environment- people playing games would revolt!
