An excellent facility, can't say enough good things about it. The picture above is of the old pool before the renovations and the addition of a leisure pool, waterslide, spray features and a family hot tub & family changeroom. There is something for everyone at this aquatic centre. The lobby is great too with kids activities on weekends and a coffee shop on the premises. Great for babies all the way to seniors. The leisure pool is a comfortable temperature and zero-depth entry whereas the regular pool is a bit cooler and ideal for swimming laps. Can be busy on rainy days but I suppose that's a good sign. A lot of friends take their children from NV to WV just for their swim lessons. Oh, and it's ozonated so only a small fraction of the chlorine compared to regular pools (yes, it does have some chlorine as this is required by the Health Act)

I was a frequent user during our vacation. Three pools plus hot tubs etc. Well run. Not overly busy and suitable for all ages.

An extensive facility, an airy bright space that is elegant from the main roadway of Marine Drive: see this link re awards: http://hcma.ca/about/awards/). It is central to the library, the beach, shopping, accommodation for the elderly, and the awards listed are also for accessibility and green attributes. It replaces the old facility on Marine Drive a few blocks away. This covers the exterior and perhaps someone might like to comment on the interior.

Totally awesome. has all the latest equipment, two pools, watersides, super facilities, oxygenated water, no chlorine!Wonderful gym, exercise rooms, snack bar. Super clean and well maintaqined.

Acquatic Centre is great for seniors, family, children, AND couples.It has clean and comfortable changing rooms and a variety of pools, including a hot pool. There are slides, and an attentive, kind staff always on hand.

West Vancouver Aquatic Centre is a few years old now but is a fantastic facility. We were there with family and the pool and change areas are excellent.Only bad part of the experience we had was at the coffee shop. Overpriced and luke warm wraps

This is a beautiful pool, great kids area, water slide etc.lanes for adult swim, lessons. and a beautiful design.

Take some time and enjoy the facilities of this Center: Swimming, gym, sauna, steam room, coffee shop, etc. You will appreciate how a public facility is maintained and run in highest standards. The community centers such as this are rare around the world.
