Although I live nearby, having the time and space to be a tourist in my own state is a really nice treat. History, tranquility and a friendly skipper where in store this morning on board the Yukon as we gently sailed up and down with just the merest of breezes and avoiding the engines...perfect.

A 60 tonne wooden boat experience was just awesome, sailing from Sydney to Franklin. Wine glass and Trial Bay was the best. Coming from a Scottish lady who thought "how tough can it get" these dudes made me feel safe and and safe again. Never sailed before and had the privilege to sail with the most awesome Skipper Dave and the crew! . Thank you for an experience of a life time. Saw dolphins galore, and a killer whale to top it off. Loved every bit of it and learned to sail by the southern cross. Do it! you only live once.
