We stopped here on our drive along the Costa de Morte. Supposedly the only waterfall that falls into the Atlantic Ocean in Europe, but really it's more like "near the Ocean" since there is a river delta before it reaches the beach. However, the waterfall is huge and there is even an electrical substation which captures most of the power waterfall. Monte Pindo makes a dramatic backdrop. Lovely area - especially on a sunny day. It really is a great stop, especially if your stop does not coincide with tour buses. 3.5 stars

Well here we are in the small coastal town of Cee in Galicia northern Spain. What can I say about this wonderful place that will do It the justice it deserves. The place is wonderful, the food is some of the best I have ever tasted and the views, oh my god the views are like heaven on earth. The wonderful waterfalls in Ezaro to the beautiful torrents at Verdes, the costal route, Santiago de Compestella to name but a few. Mp,ease come and visit this region you will not be dissapointed.

Take the trip from the main road to the top of the mountain to Mirador de Ezaro to have an astonishing view of the Ezaro river delta and even of Cape Fisterra and Ria de Corcubion far away.

We travelled here to see the waterfall and were not dissapointed by the scenery and solitude of this beautiful place. There were lots of view points and great photographs. However at this site was a great information centre where the attendant spoke excellent English and we were able to plan our tour round Dumbria with lots of maps and good tourist advice.

If you enjoy the Spanish culture then you will love this part of Spain, it has a fantastic beach and driving here is a pleasure.I have been coming to Northern Spain since I was 14 years old as my Parents come from a small town near the beach, A lot of things have changed over the years but I promise you the food, scenery and people are still great,There is a famous waterfall just after the beach and just before the bridge, just turn left before the bridge, drive slowly for a about a mile and you will see it, there is normally a ice cream van parked near the waterfall if you have any kids with you.P.s on Ezaro Beach there is a cafe that do hot and cold food and drinks.

its magnificent views, the waterfall directly into the Ocean, justifies the stress that produces to see that steep road with a gradient of 30º that takes you to the top

The view from this "mirador" is simply amazing. You can't miss it! I recommend going on sunny days. This is definitely one of my favourite places on the Galician coast!

The Mirador Ezaro is a platform on a mountain from which you have a superb view over the ocean, being relatively close to cape Finisterre, the Corcubion Bay and the Carnota beach. We used it as a starting point for a 16 km long hiking route that includes the nearby waterfall “Cascada do Rio Xallas/ Ezaro”, then follows the beach for a while before hiking up to the mountain Monte Pinto, and coming back to the Mirador Ezaro after passig the hydropower station dam. If you have time you should at least have a look at the waterfall too; if you do not want to walk from the mirador, you can park a little further down in the village Ezaro. The waterfall’s river is called Xallas. Mind that the weather on this coast can be very chilly and windy. It is best to visit on a day with little/no wind and without rain. We went there in February and the wind was amazing!

A mi me dejaron boquiabierta.
