I would give this place 0 stars if that were possible. This place is a dump. The management obviously couldn't care less about their customers. The women I spoke to when trying to reserve space for a birthday party is a miserable human being. Rude, short and cranky. I should have known that the party would be just as bad as her attitude. Unfortunately their weren't many options for Vermont in February! The facility is DIRTY. I'm almost afraid to even sit it is so bad. Good luck finding any employee to assist you and the food is terrible. My daughter was using the bathroom and the industrial sized toilet paper dispenser fell on her! What a pit. Don't waste your money.

This place is ok for very young kids but it is a little dated and the prices are a little high. It is old and run down time for a make over to compete with the bigger ones. Brought my older sports teams there got bored very quickly. My son enjoyed it till he turned 9 then he also got bored with it.

This place used to be great many many years ago but I wouldn't set foot in there today. Half of the games are out of order which pretty much defeats the purpose of going. It needs an update and a good cleaning badly. The staff is not overly helpful or friendly. Also everything is overpriced. Two thumbs down!

If Chuck E Cheese ever comes to Burlington, this place will close. We keep trying to give this place a chance, and it keeps getting a little bit worse when it needs to get a little bit better. Always a number of out of order games. Childrens playground needs a deep cleaning. Mini Golf is no longer 18 holes, but still sort of fun. Never tried the lazer tag. With batting cages, bowling, and all the previously mentioned stuff, they are trying to cram too much stuff into a building that is too small. If they could take a week or two to close this place, clean and remodel it, it could have a chance. But in its current state, it seems to be just going slowly down hill

Great concept, but in desperate need of remodeling and updating...shows tremendous signs of wear and atmosphere is depressing. On the plus side, pizza is very good, but service is lacking.

Took a couple of students here by request. Wasn't looking forward to it but....it's A LOT cleaner than the last time I was there. Especially where you eat. Still could use a scrubbing though around the play structure and the machines. Ick. We didn't play laser tag or mini golf both of which would be fun in the winter maybe but would rather play mini-golf outside in summer. Would really rather do most anything outside than in this airless, windowless space. Not being of the arcade crowd it also took me almost 30 mins to figure out the ticket, credit card, swiping, token, what machine is using what, how much it is....The gal at the counter was helpful when available but it was a bit tough as she was the only one around and taking party reservations and answering phone questions at the same time. Loved the bejeweled chairs for birthday folks. Food OK. Pre-made cardboard pizza crust. Good salad. The best thing was watching two young men who worked very hard this year smile and have some fun downtime.

Been awhile since I've been there as my kids are older and don't seem as interested. My 12 year old daughter and I had a jump on it deal and use it for some laser tag and other games. Had some pizza for lunch and it was good. Service was good too.

As British holiday makers stumbling upon this place we were blown away that it even exists. Tucked out of the way, from the road you wouldnt know what was inside. Its stuff my strange American childhood dreams are made of. Its basically a massive arcade with Laser Tag and Mini Golf, a soft play area for kids and all you can eat pizza for $4 on a Monday. You load up a card with dollars and then swipe to play on most things. Its just a really fun place. Yes, its a little worn and well used, but definitely a couple of hours well spent and completely different from anything else in the areaPlus all staff were LOOOOVELY

Took my 2 year old here and had lunch. The food is basic but decent. Most of it seems prepped ahead of time since i was unable to order a pizza without tomato sauce. My daughter liked my pasta as did I. We had more than enough to eat and she ran off everything she at in the ball pit and playing games

Pizza Putt could be great if the owners put some money into it. There is a huge climbing structure, video games, lazer tag, themed mini golf course, and a pizza parlor. But it is just so shabby and depressing. We played mini golf, which is unlimited, and had a great time. We didn't eat...it's not clean enough for me to trust their food.

This was a great visit, as we have had many other great visits. This is the place to go when the weather is crappy and you need indoor ideas. There is plenty to do for all ages. Their website usually always has coupons too so its relatively inexpensive compared to similar places. I was entertained, my 3 year old son was entertained, and a 18 month old baby was entertained. Overall good place.

the last time we were there (June, 2013), the ceiling was leaking, everything was filthy, and half the attractions/games were out of order. the only redeeming feature is the indoor playground (also dirty) which is a diversion for young kiddos with cabin fever in the dead of winter. overall, an expensive outing at a depressing facility in dire need of updating and capital investment. zachary's is a better choice.

Kids loved all of the games. We ordered the pizza and it was ok nothing special, and there is fountain soda. A lot of the games were out of order. The place needs a little updating, but still a great place to bring the kids for a couple of hours when they are bored.

When I was in high school, Pizza Putt was a great place to bring a gang of any age. I don't think it has been maintained since then ( a LONG time ago, I assure you.) Things are broken, worn, old, and just plain dirty. Mini golf holes consistently contain duct tape, the paint is chipped, peeling or missing, the carpet is just plain vile, and everything has a layer of that nasty black yuck that comes from too many hands and not enough soap. This includes the golf clubs. The game room is way too small for the number of games shoved in there, and between the irritating noises, screaming children and flashing lights, it made me want to run away. Someone needs to pressure wash the whole thing, top to bottom. How hard can it be to maintain a stupid mini golf course? We were going to do the batting cages, but I just couldn't take the sensory overload so we left and went somewhere more peaceful. I have had their pizza, it's okay, but I couldn't have stood to eat there today between the nasty condition of everything and the nauseating, dizzying electronic commotion.

The kids I know really enjoy going here. I agree with another reviewer who stated it's not for adults. When my kids were young, they enjoyed the mini golf. The food is mediocre, so since my kids are now adults, it's not a place I'd frequent. (Note: I didn't visit in 2012-- it was probably 3-4 years ago with my nephews that I last visited.)
