This place likely gets a lot of traffic throughout the year, and while the kids enjoyed themselves, adults did not. Place needs a renovation of some sort, or needs to be kept cleaner.

This place was awesome! I brought some friends in for their unlimited laser tag last Friday from 9-midnight. We all had a blast! The laser tag part is the best, this is definitely the best laser tag I've played in a long time. Some arcade games were broken but they were quickly fixed! The staff is mostly teenagers but they were all great and made our experience wonderful!

We have taken our children here a few times and we ended up all playing! I can't speak for the rest of the facility but the Lazer Tag part is fun! I wish it were a few minutes longer but the area is nice and the vests/guns are also nice. It's a lot of fun for everyone. Even our 5 year old had fun!!

We were here for a birthday and everyone had so much fun! One of the best last tag experiences we've had.

I called in a few weeks ago to ask to bring in some teens (13-17 year olds) on Wednesday night. The person that answered the phone was very friendly and suggested with this age group to come in to their Wacky Wednesday night. Basically, it's all you can play for $12! We showed up and got wristbands to play and the staff was great and friendly and patient. We had a lot of questions. Needless to say, it was a great night! Old and young a like played and even though none of my group came in first place, it was still a blast! I will recommend Lazer Kraze to any one looking for something fun, different, and inexpensive to do in the Columbus area!!!!

The laser tag was so much fun for everyone. The black-lit, haze filled room really make the entire experience incredible. The arcade had all of my favorite games and was very reasonably priced.I would definitely recommend for anyone visiting the area!

I went to Lazer Kraze recently for one of their Late Night Laser sessions (all you can play laser tag) with some friends, and we had a great time. It was a blast! Best laser tag I've ever played, and a great fun environment. The employees were super energetic and made the whole experience that much more fun. The place felt very crowded, despite how big it was, and even with that we only had to wait anywhere from 10-15 minutes between our games. They run a very smooth operation at Lazer Kraze and seem very clearly to have their act together.

No customer service! Problems that customers have are not resolved whatsoever. The managers/ owner resorts to lying and blaming the customer. Coming from someone who works in customer service this is a no no!!! Not impressed.

Drove over 100 miles for a birthday party, was very disappointed in this place. It offered unlimited Laser Tag from 6-9, but the place was overcrowded and the kids only went twice.The food was mediocre at best, and prices are outrageous. Tried to return stale nachos, was given a hard time. I would have thrown a fit, but felt posting about this horrible place would be better payback.

Waste of hard earned money, as this place was too crowded, offers unlimited tag, but you wait most of the time. Manager didn't care when we complained. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE!

Took 15 boys to Lazer Kraze in Lewis Center last week. Dropped a quick $400 on admission, drinks, game tokens and a wee bit of food. Deal was 6-9 unlimited lazer tag. I ordered two pizzas initially plus nachos. At 7:30, after 1/2 the boys devoured all the pizza I asked to order more. No was the answer. No. No dough thawed and no time to make more. I asked if I could order outside pizza so they could be fed. No. No is the policy on outside food. I emailed the owner and guess what? After several days of back and forth, I'M THE ONE WITH THE PROBLEM. I clearly am not smart enough to understand when a person tells me no. I misunderstood. I didn't hear them correctly. Now I'm deaf and dumb. I would not recommend spending any time or money at this establishment unless you want to spend a lot of money and be treated as though you are an invalid.

Had a good time playing laser tag, the arena is pretty big. The employees have been kind and informative for newcomers.

2 floor area spread out with lots of places to hide or move about in. Come with a group or join a group...this is lots of fun!

This is a great place for all ages. The Lazer Tag area is fun. Check out their website for special priced session. We have held several end of year sports parties there. There are video games and inflatables too. Their pizza is terrific!
