creekside maple

We took a tour of Creekside Maple and learned a lot about the collection and processing of maple syrup. Bob Welder (owner) gave the tour - and he is such a nice down to earth guy who really loves this hobby/part-time business of his. If your'e in NE Ohio traveling, Creekside Maple is not to be missed. Kids will learn a lot about something they love to have on their pancakes/waffles.
