screaming chicken saloon

We had a flyer that we picked up for a Burger Burn at the Screaming Chicken Saloon. It stated that there would be a burger burn, chicken breasts, polish sandwiches, and bikini bike wash for the Screaming Chicken Saloon. We had this flyer laying around for over a month. This event was supposed to happen on 08/11/2013 at 11:00 a.m. We arrived with friends, after not eating breakfast looking forward to the burger burn. We were just the second bike there, and the waitress stated that the event was still slated to go. At 12:00, still no sight of a barbecue and we are getting hungry. We played some more pool and drank some more beer, but still needed to eat something. The waitress said that someone had gone to go get the "meat". Excuse me- The burger burn had been planned for months and now they just are getting around to getting the food?. Fast forward to 1:30 p.m. No food, no barbecue, no polish sandwiches, no nothing!. There only ended up being about 10 or 11 bikes there. We left at 1:50 p.m., hungry, and very disappointed, never to return, and got some pizza. This place is really a dump and shouldn't put out flyers advertising events that don't happen.
