This spa is an experience, not just the treatment. I spent the first hour in the Eternal Springs Bath which was an experience in itself. Then I had a Vitamin C facial followed by a congestion mask. My therapist, Catherine, was outstanding and very thorough and knowledgible. The facials are to die for. I highly recommend them. Yes, it is expensive, but you can spend as long as you want in the baths or just hang out in the Relaxation room. The next day I had a mountain detox bath followed by a massage. They were excellent also, but go for the facial. I felt like a new person when I left. It's worth the cost.

This was my third visit to the spa at the hotel. The facilities are wonderful. I had a massage with Patrick and would highly recommend him. I would discourage you from using the spa over a holiday--the space absolutely cannot handle the number of people who have scheduled services. For example: there are only 2 showers and 2 bathrooms. That was not a problem on my other two visits; however, over President/Valentine's weekend, I counted 20 women using the water treatments and the relaxation room--2 showers, 2 baths, too little. In addition, the relaxation room is divine; however, there were actually people standing, waiting for a place to sit! Be forewarned: they add a service charge on to the bill and you pay before receiving the service!

This is my second time at the spa and it was wonderful. Both times I've done "seasonal" treatments which I highly recommend. Also arrive an hour early to do the baths or just sit in relaxation room and drink tea. You can also stay after you treatment as long as you like.

My husband, mom and I booked massages. This has been my third visit and as always the spa service was great. Patrick did my massage and was great. My husband had Kroy, who did one of my previous massages, and is wonderful.

This was one of my reasons for choosing to stay at Omni bedford Springs. I booked a facial about 1 month in advance of my visit. Just an FYI, they charge higher prices Friday-Monday. They have a bath ritual that you can do prior to your appointment. I opted not to do this. They have a comfy relaxation area with fruit infused water and some fruit and nuts to snack on. The only problem is that you have people who want to carry on conversations while you are trying to relax. I enjoyed my facial. It was for 80 minutes and was surprised that it included a foot and calf massage. I was just expecting arm, neck, and hands. At the end, I was given a list of products used. they use babor products. you can purchase these on site but you can find them cheaper online. Everyone was polite and attentive. They automatically charge your card the 18% tip prior to service, which I did not particularly care for.

I've been to the spa twice now. The first time we got a couples massage and it was wonderful. You really feel pampered. All of the spa amenities are quite an experience. On my second visit, I spent the better part of the day here. I got the honeysuckle treatment. This treatment involves being washed and an application of lotion. I wouldn't get that again, I'd go for the massage I think. I also hear the facials are fantastic. One thing I really didn't like was the addition of the tip before your treatment. They automatically add 18% to your bill before you go in. I'd like to have my treatment before I decide what I want to tip. They are basically saying that not only is 18% expected, but it is required. I don't see why they can't do that at the end. I've been to several spas and salons and I've never had this happen before. Overall, if you have several hundred dollars to spend, it is quite an experience.

Very pricey but wonderful. A few glitches... handle in the shower pulled out of the wall, mold on the wall of the soaking mineral bath, men and women together in the lounge- I had been assured it was totally separate.

Booking a treatment, any treatment, at Springs Eternal is WELL worth it for the experience alone. I booked a 50 minute massage and spent 3 hours at the spa just relaxing and enjoying all the amenities! The staff was friendly and helpful. The spa itself was gorgeous, and I especially enjoyed the views from the garden outside the lounge. The lounge itself was relaxing and comfortable--from the comfy chairs and fluffy blankets to the provided fruit, teas, trail mix, and fruit-infused water. The Bedford Bath Ritual was fantastic! I spent the hour before my massage (recommended) enjoying the body scrub, steam room, and hot and cool pools in a room reminiscent of a Grecian bath house! So relaxing! Michelle gave me a wonderfully relaxing massage, then I spent time in the lounge chairs on the porch, enjoying the garden, fountains, mountain views, and fruit, trail mix, and tea. What a refreshing time! Once finished, I was able to use the spa's shower and spa toiletries to prepare for the rest of my day. They thought of everything--shampoo, conditioner, soap, hairspray, comb, hair dryer, deodorant, razors, shave gel, etc. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and very pampered. I will definitely return!

Yes, the spa at Omni's Bedford Springs Resort is very expensive, although in keeping with resort spa prices from my experience. But here's the thing. You don't just go for a treatment, when you book any service, you have access to the Bedford Baths, a bathing ritual that includes soaking in the spring-fed hot tub. I always alot plenty of time before and after my treatment to use the baths. Also, the room where one waits to be taken to receive your spa treatment is gorgeous (although some of the furnishing are looking a bit tired) and it's worth it to bring reading you want to catch up on (or quiet chats with a good friend). No cell phone use in this room so don't plan on checking email or Facebook.Afterwards, you can shower, change, dry your hair even use the curling or straightening irons they have on hand. Everything you need and may have forgotten is in this part of the spa and included with the treatment.I would plan on spending between 1 to 2 or 3 hours extra in there (especially if your reading material is that good!).

I've never had much experience with spas, only visiting one or two in my 37 years, so when a friend suggested a spa day at Springs Eternal, I thought "why not?" The prices are intimidating, but you get what you pay for. As others suggest, go early. Arrive at least an hour before your scheduled time to take advantage of the Bath Ritual. Any scheduled service allows you to spend an unlimited amount of time between the bath area and the relaxation area.I opted for the Eternal Serenity Massage, the Collagen Cure Facial and the Springs Eternal Spa Pedicure. Of the three, I'd say that the pedicure was something I would probably not spend the money on again during my next visit. The massage was great and the facial was outstanding. I enjoyed my entire experience very much and will be returning to this wonderful spa. I would caution that the products they use are available for sale in the spa gift shop, but do comparison shopping-most of the products are also offered on Amazon at a substantially lower price.

Great services, but insanely & outrageously high priced for the area. I understand that the Bedford Springs Resort is supposed to carry a certain essence of luxury... however, the fact remains you are still in Bedford, PA and not NYC. I treat my wife once a year to a spa day at the Springs Eternal Spa. If the prices were more reasonable, it would easily turn into a quarterly trip.

I've been to many spas, but always look forward to returning to Bedford Springs. Last time I visited, I had the best pedicure I've ever. Be sure to arrive early and indulge in the "water ritual" before your treatment. This involves a series of cool-then-warm water immersions. It's fantastic for the lymph system. The atmosphere is as enjoyable as the rest of the hotel. Health snacks and organic teas are available while you lounge before/after treatments. The only thing I would recommend is the addition of a dining area, in the event you are receiving multiple treatments. Although a spa dining menu is available, it's difficult to find a comfortable place to partake.

I very much enjoyed my morning at the spa. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by two welcoming woman. One checked me in and the other gave me spa sandals and a tour of the lounge. She instructed me to shower with their homemade walnut scrub to exfoliate, followed by a lavender steam and then alternating soaking in the hot and cold spring baths before my appointment. The 45 minutes flew by and I was actually disappointed when my technician came to get me. I never made it to the relaxation room but I heard it was heavenly. I had an 80 manicure which seemed outrageous but it was an hour of exfoliation, massage and expert polish. My mother had a facial and raved about it. I would love to return to get a massage. The best part about the spa is that you can stay in the baths all day as long as you have some type of appointment that day.

This is a lovely destination spa. The spa is beautiful in appearance. The tile work is gorgeous. It is very tranquil. You start with a five step ritual which involves a bath in the mineral spring. You start with a deluge and special body scrub. Then you relax in a steam room. Then you plug in a cool bath. Then you relax in the spring fed hot bath. Finish with a cool aromatic face towel and aromatic finishing spray. The lounge is comfortable. It has a fireplace, lots of chaise lounges and refreshing snacks. There is a garden area off the lounge which is probably used in summer. The 80 min stone massage is lovely. The treatment rooms are comfortable and quiet. After your treatment you may return to the mineral baths or the lounge. Minor additions would be nice - a place to have a spa lunch, a bathing suit dryer. Will DEFINITELY return. Make reservations well in advance. They book up fast.

Loved the fireplace and cozy blankets in between services. The massage was heavenly. Really enjoyed the hot springs bath afterward!!
