Archery season is upon us and I've practiced all summer. I took my bow here to get more pounds put on it over the summer. Today while in the tree I notice my string is starting to fray, first I thought alright it's an old string no big deal. I take it to another archery shop, who expressed the string was hooked up wrong. Archery addictions hooked the string up on my bow wrong and in turn caused my string to begin to break. Not only is that a danger to me and my bow I now am down my bow for a week, missing valuable hunting time! Don't go here! Ps I waxed my string all the time, so I know it wasn't my fault!

The whole family went to Archery Addictions for some archery time and then played some "tag" with arrows with big puffy ends on them. The family walked away sweaty and with some bruises. What we expected, and that's fine. What wasn't expected was my bow pretty much breaking into thirds part way through the tag game. I let most every person there know that it broke and cut my chest. No responses. I had to ASK someone if they had a band-aid. I know there are risks, I get that. I expected to be a bit bruised, especially playing against my BROTHER! By the way, you will not find any paperwork with my signature on it. Shouldn't there be waivers?Even still, if there was just a bit of concern from the people working there, I guess I wouldn't be so bitter about it. NO ONE came up to me after it happened, except the guy out on the tag floor who I passed and gave my pieces of the bow while walking off the floor.
