fudge shoppe

We walked into the shop and a girl who looked like maybe she was the owners daughters was literally sticking something into the chocolate bowl eating it then sticking it back in as it continued to mix. I found that very disgusting. Turns out she wasn't related just a very unprofessional employee. It was our first time in here and she's wasn't any help and was rude as well. We will try it again, but hopefully she won't be working.

There is no better place in downtown Washington to stop and grab some handmade chocolates or an ice cream cone. The Fudge Shoppe is also a Happy Apples outlet so make sure to grab one for the road!

I didn't try the fudge, they had a nice selection.Scooped ice cream and truffles available too. Lots of foodie gifts and local specialties. They also have a basement shopping area. I wouldn't call this an attraction more of a shopping place.
