I am not much of an outlet mall person, but this one is pretty good. We went around 6pm in the evening and there was plenty of parking and the shops weren't too busy.I don't know why the person on the prior review says it isn't there anymore, as it most certainly is. Maybe they are referring to the old pottery place that was there years ago? Anyhow it is there and there are quite a few desirable stores.Hugo Boss, Coach, Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors,Bebe,Guess..to name only a few.Its kinda laid out like a few strip malls all linked together( little confusing to be honest at first) but still, its worth going.I would Imagine the "timing" of a trip there plays a crucial rule in the "new stock" of the stores as right now (right after Christmas and the January sales) the inventory seems a little picked over, that being said it would probably be good to go as the new "spring" inventory comes in.....just a thought ....maybe in a Month..?

The Williamsburg Outlet Mall is located in Lightfoot, just outside of Williamsburg. It used to be a thriving, diverse, interesting mall with all shops filled to capacity. It is now just a shell of its formerself. Looked like about 75% of shopping space is vacant; not much left for shoppers. I guess it has lost much of its appeal to the Tanger Outlets a little closer in towards W'burg. It does have plenty of parking space and maybe a pretty good place to go on inclimate days. About the best thing I can say is that it is at least a better place to go than the newly built, worthless, Williamsburg pottery, which is a total waste of time.

This small mall struggled to remain viable after the Prime Outlet Mall Opened. It was dirty and largely vacant. Since sold, the mall has been torn down.

impossible to park, dirty restrooms, no public phones, poor ventilation in the food courts. The shops' prices are good, but the quality of the merchandise has gone down.

This mall closed after the Christmas season of 2013. Plenty of memories there. That's not the only sad part. The mall is currently being torn down to build the Lightfoot Marketplace, which is mainly parking. We are sure that it will contain a grocery store and a pharmacy, like we need more of those. Lol. Most of the Williamsburg Outlet Mall stores have since moved to The Premium Outlets, along with the Williamsburg Pottery's old stores. So if you want the mall's "shopping experience" it once had, go there.

I have been a regular shopper at the Outlet Mall and I am sorry to see this mall close at the end of the year. Personal shopping favorites have included the Pendleton Outlet, Vanity Fair, Black and Decker, and Totes. It is a real outlet mall, with great prices, and all completely indoors making shopping in sweltering Virginia July or chilly January particularly pleasant. Also, I have enjoyed walking this mall during inclement weather, since it is our only enclosed mall in Williamsburg. In fact, the enclosed mall concept seems to have given way to the sprawling parking lot variety -- I don't understand why. Granted, the exercise does you good -- as you inconveniently tramp about dragging your parcels from one far location to another. The nearby Premium Outlet Mall sprawls about a gargantuan parking lot, even though an actual space is often hard to come by during the busy time when trolling becomes sport. If you are on a mission for one small item, then shopping is often impossible. So, I bemoan the loss of the pleasant, easy, shopping experience that the Outlet Mall offered. Too bad.

It was a shocking to me when I was told that the entire mall is closing up end of this year (2013). This mall have so much nice things to buy for all occasions. It may not have many stores to shop from but its not a place for quiet time. The prices are very reasonable. I am sorry that the mall is closing.

I was a little disappointed that this Mall had so many stores closed. I first visited this mall in 2010 and had a great time shopping there. Not too many stores to choose from now and the ones currently there are too expensive.

I read in the paper that they would be closing by the end of the year. Went from curiosity and can see why. Lots of empty store fronts, only a few stores, and overall pretty depressing. A shame because I can remembers years ago when this place was so busy you could hardly park.

More than half the stores where closed and the ones that where open targeted older shoppers. There where more people exercise walking than shopping. Place was empty.

I love to go to the outdoor outlet mall. There is something for everyone. I always find something I like when I go. This is a most see if in the Williamsburg area.

As others have indicated there are way too many closed stores. However the ones that are open are well stocked, priced very reasonable and clean. If you find something you will be happy and glad you stopped. If you don't you will probably say why did I stop. I hope they fill the empty store. great location and courteous people.

The grounds are very nice and pretty. There is a wide range of store but most are not outlet stores. I am an out let junkie and the prices in these stores were not much different from other regular retail outlets. It's was nice to walk parking was difficult but it was the holidays.

I am a mall walker and often shop there. The mall is a nice place, but they are losing stores. So one day last week I went into the office with a suggestion to help revitalize the mall. The woman there was not very nice (Note the past manager had been very helpful, but is no longer there.). In fact she was very arrogant with her replys, so I just left. After talking to others in the mall, I found out she is not nice to many people. Since I love the mall; and since the store personnel are very nice, I would hate to see this one person ruin what is a community mall for everyone.

Its nice and has a lot of stores. Most outlets seem to be the same anymore. I rarely find great discounts, prices are just like the store.
