What a great venue. Free events every other Tuesday, New.. yes reserved seating and ticket available on line!!! Movies / Theatre / events are the best in this the oldest theatre in new mexico. Look it up on line and enjoy this fantastic place when you are in the Las Cruces area.

A real treasure on our Main St in Downtown Las Cruces. The Dona Ana Arts Council keep this place active with great FUN events. So affordable and makes you want to spend time on Main St in downtown Las Cruces. Always check out what is going on monthly.

Historic more than outstanding venue. Average sound, fair seats and small size. Most venues do not have reserved seats which is a negative as well.

Lots of events are held here, mostly requiring an entry fee. We went to the film about the survivors of the Bataan Death March, who then had to go onto the Hell Ships. It was very moving. The film maker and narrator were both there to answer questions. A few family members of the very few survivors of the whole ordeal were there, too. The interior of the theater is nicely restored, as are the lobbies. They have a very nice and adequately sized ladies restroom. I believe that way upstairs are the offices of the Dona Ana Arts Council.

Came to a Santa Fe Opera apprentice performance. They saw without mikes and with only a piano. Sound was fantastic.

So much fun and nostalgia here. I can honestly say that we have loved every performance we have attended which totals a dozen or so. Wish they could sell wine during intermission .....but you can't have everything. Easy parking or walk to location. We'll be back
