First time rafting and had a blast on the Magalloway with these guides! Above all they are super safe and each guide brings a wealth of experience. Part of the cost goes to the alternative school the founders run off-season. You have a fabulous time and feel good about helping out a bit! The lunch they provide is delicious and chatting with the guides will give you plenty of ideas for other activities. Will definitely raft again with ELC. Top notch!!

There were 8 of us - none of us had ever been rafting - and a few of us were quite anxious even though we booked the Androscoggin mild ride. We were lucky enough to get Clay for our guide and he was so wonderful with my terrified son and nephew, keeping them safe, calming their fears and showing them a great time. It was very cold the day we went, the boys were quite nervous and we still all had a blast!!! Lunch after the trip was wonderful and our entire family, from age 47 to 10, had a day together to remember. Can't wait to see the pics! We can't wait to go back next summer and do the Magalloway trip! Thanks so much ELC!!

Selected ELC because they offered mid-week class II rafting in NH. Ken was a great guide, with a very positive attitude, taught us lots about the river and rafting, and was strong enough to carry the raft by himself back and forth between runs. Highly recommend!

My husband and I took our 4 kids (all under age 13). We all had a BLAST! Our guide was Ken and he was fantastic! Ken (and his dog, Taj) went above and beyond to make sure we had a fun (and safe) family day. As if that wasn’t enough, they fed us at the end of our adventure and it was delicious. Highly recommended!

My husband took me for my 40th birthday. First time rafting. Crew was professional and a lot of fun. Jim let us have the full experience but would have avoided the big holes if we felt we needed him to. He clearly has control of his raft. Boat ride back and lunch was great afterwards. We even saw a moose.Highly recommend.Thanks ELC.

ELC was great! Normally, Monday trips aren't that common, but after my husband called to see if a trip for 6 was available, they were able to accommodate us on very short notice. Kenny was our guide and he was fantastic!!! He was friendly and talkative and obviously enthusiastic about doing his "job". We had a fantastic time and at the end of our trip, we headed back to the Inn in Milan and had a very nice lunch. Kenny provided the entertainment and is a excellent singer/songwriter. I'm pretty sure his dog Taj is the smartest dog alive...

My family of 5 went rafting this past weekend, we had an excellent time! Not only was every staff member that we came in contact with was friendly, kind, and fun. They made us feel very safe and comfortable with everything and it was a blast. The food was excellent to;) We will do this again with elc for sure!!

We took the mild ride 1/2 day trip out of Berlin, NH. Everything was perfect and the guides went out of their way to accommodate my cold-temperature-sensitive wife. Lunch back at the Inn was fantastic. I would certainly do another tour with them in the future.

This was my first time rafting and we had an absolute blast! I cannot wait to get back up there and do it again! The whole staff was great!

We recently went on a rafting and ropes course adventure through this company for a Bachelorette party and we had a blast! These guys are awesome and offer different options which allowed for everyone to have a great time! The first day included a class II rapid (a couple of us were first timers and kinda nervous). The also offer a class III/IV which we can't wait do do next year! Our second day include the ropes course which was equally as fun. These guys gave us plenty of options and let us do our thing (within reason of course!). If your looking for fun definitely go with ELC rafting! We came from Dracut, MA, Lowell, MA, Nashua, NH, Pelham, NH and Hudson, NH and it took about 3.5 hours to get there, but well worth the drive!

My husband and I just booked another rafting trip with this outfitter after having a great time last year. The guides were very professional and the company is great to deal with when booking their trips. We love New England and enjoy this type of adventure each time we go. Last year, in addition to the rafting trip, we also went on an evening lake tour - so relaxing after shopping all day!We are looking forward to our upcoming rafting trip with ELC in July!!

If your looking to enjoy one of the amazing outdoor activities the north country has to offer, look no further then ELC Rafting. I've been on dozen or so trips with this group & I haven't had a bad time yet! Truthfully they just keep getting better & better every time. They are very professional, fare priced & just a fun group to be around. I've been on white water trips with other companies before and those companies should take notes from these guys, they know how to give you an all around great experience!!!!

On a trip to New England one of the things on my list was to go white water rafting. I am not a "thrill seeker" but I wanted the chance to see the area and have an amazing experience. They didn't disappoint. The guides were extremely efficient, organized, knowledgeable, and enjoyable to spend time with. Be ready for a great experience!

If you want to go white water rafting or kayaking in New England, these are the guys to call. I have been on multiple trips with ELC Rafting, and each one was even better than the last. The guides are not only incredibly professional, but ridiculously fun and entertaining. If you decide to book, keep an eye out for the big, red-headed chap named Clay - he is a hoot! ELC Rafting is setting the standard for what rafting companies should be like!!

I was a little nervous at first being that it was my first whitewater rafting trip but the crew was very informative and made me feel extremely safe. Their knowledge of the river was amazing and put me at ease. I would go rafting again with this company in a heartbeat!
