1699 historic winslow house & cultural center

This is a late 17th century house built by the Winslow family of Mayflower fame. We were given a tour of the house by Aaron Doherty, the Executive Director. Aaron is extremely knowledgable about the history of the house and the Winslow family, from Edward's arrival on the Mayflower in 1620, through the American Revolution. The house is full of 17th and 18th artifacts. If you are a history buff, I can highly recommend The Winslow House.There is a small fee for the tour, and donations are accepted.
