We have visited this brewery twice and really enjoy it. For five dollars, you receive a souvenier glass plus five samples of the beers of your choice. Great fun!

Stopped by on our way to Philadelphia from DC and took a tour and tasted some of the brews they had on tap. The tour was one of the most informative I have been on. Heavy seas Red Sky was the beer that got me drinking craft beers. This is not far from the highway if you are making the a trek down I-95. Just be sure to eat before you get there or have food in your car. The tastings are generous and you can also buy a glass. They have takeout menus on the tables just in case you have enjoyed to many brews. A tour and tasting runs $5. per person and the give you a glass to take home.

Our host Chad was probably the best tour guide we have ever had at a brewery. He is very passionate about the craft brew scene and was willing to go out of his way to show the uniqueness of the Clipper City Brewing Co. I loved the details on the cask process. Portion size on the tasters was generous and all around a fun time. I would like to come down for one of their festivals.

The brewery just underwent an expansion and it has a nice new tasting room with all of their beers. My favorite was the plank 3. Also all of the guides and bartenders seemed very knowledgable and were nice.

I'm not a beer drinker but went with friends. We all enjoyed the tour and the large samples of beer. Everyone was friendly and fun and it was nice to learn a few new things. Would go it again with out of town beer fans.

We visited here recently and enjoyed a tour with Brian. The tour was great and while yes all brewery tours are about the same the addition of some songs, fresh hops, comedy made for a memorable experience. The tap room has lots of great selections and the tasting comes with some generous portions. Worth the trip.

Chad was a superb tour guide. He was knowledgeable, funny, great guy. Prior to the tour, I had only tried Loose Cannon, which I really like. After the sampling, I found that I liked every beer I tried! Especially Cutlass Lager, Gold, Powder Monkey. Very impressed. Great way to start off a date night!

This brewery is great! I've never had a bad beer from them! They have a variety of beer so everyone is bound to find a favorite! The tour guide Chad is hilarious and very very knowledgeable as he's one of their main brewers! A definite must stop if you're in the area!

Since we love craft beer, we decided to stop at Heavy Seas while on a recent trip to Baltimore and it ended up being the highlight of our trip! For $5.00, you get a sovenior pint glass, 5 tokens for tastings and a 20 minute tour of the brewery. The tastings take place before and/or after the educational, yet funny tour. Chad was our tour guide and he was very passionate about how they make their beer and the effort they go through to ensure a quality product. The tap room was very comfortable as many young tasters took in the world cup games on tv while enjoying the variety of Heavy Seas Beer on tap. If you are in Baltimore and enjoy craft beer, you have to make time and stop at Heavy Seas Brewery.

My husband and I have made a hobby of finding the craft breweries and local wineries of each new vacation spot that we visit. Heavy Seas ranks as the best of all. A great tour filled with fun, spot on information, delivered by people passionate about their craft, and all backed up with great beer. And for $5.00 which includes a souvenir glass, fives tastings of your choice, a relaxed atmosphere with a local food truck on site, and an atmosphere that begs you to hang out and enjoy yourself. Other brewers could take some tips here on how to turn their operation into a fun place even though it's still a real business.

Took the tour with several friends really educational. Also the beers are excellent. You must try the Holy Sheets heavy beer lot of alcohol. Note we went ouT to SoCal bar for sandwiches they had rolling rock on tap, after heavy seas it taste like we're drinking water.

My friends and I stopped by the brewery on a dudes weekend in Baltimore. We ended up staying for hours drinking beers and playing cornhole outside. Chad gives an amazing tour! Very knowledgable and passionate about craft beer. Huge samples, great atmosphere. This is a must see if you're in the Baltimore area!

I love this place, and it keeps getting better! Hop heads can rejoice because the brewery is continuously expanding and just this month they opened a new taproom! If you can't make it to a tour still stop by for well prices pints, souvenirs, or growlers to go. A must-see for beer aficionados.

The tour was interesting, our tour guide was knowledgable and funny. The most memorable part of our visit was the tastings! We each received a glass (that we got to keep) and tokens. Every time we turned in a token we were poured a 1/4 a glass of beer, sometimes almost a half glass! You got to pick the types of beer you wanted to try but all were extremely flavorful. Yum. Go thirsty!
