The crew at Sleeping Giant produce a wide variety of high quality micro brews that would excite just about any palate, from the Skull Rock enthusiast to the more timid beer drinker who might enjoy a half-pint of the equally awesome Saison. While this light summer beer would definitely not be characterized as being "STRONG" in flavour, it is, none the less, complex and truly sublime. Way to Go Guys & Gals at Sleeping Giant

I went on a brewery tour of the sleeping giant brewery in Thunder Bay with a group of friends. The tour was led by one of the owners, Matt, who gave us many insights into the craft brewing market in Ontario, in Canada and across the world. It was insightful and interesting and he shared with us several delicious brews that are made in their brewery in Thunder Bay, many of which are available in local restaurants. The brews themselves were very well done, among the best I've ever tasted. Hopefully we see more craft breweries across the country in the future. The tour was essentially free as they donate the tour cost ($5 in August 2014) to a local charity. If you are a fan of good beer or if you have never experienced the flavor of something other than the national brands, this tour is a must.

Stopped by while I was in Thunder Bay. Great owner/staff tried all the beers available and had the owner explain the ingredients and inspiration for each. Worth a stop for the true beer lover. Also lots of shirts glasses etc for purchase available at the tap room!!! #craftbeer #microbrewery #thunderbay

These guys make some awesome microbrewed beer. Love love love the skullrock stout. The employees are always a pleasure. Proud to have these guys in the community

Love the locally brewed beer and all the excellent flavours. Can't stand the commercial beer anymorw.

Vale a pena ir, ver o processo de fabricação da cerveja, saber um pouco mais sobre o malte e claro, provar tudo isso..rs. Não gostei muito do sabor, pois achei muito forte. Porem muitos gostaram.
