Penny was great and really helped me reach a deep state of meditation. She guided me with skill and understanding of my spiritual needs.

Penny was amazing and her sanctuary is very peaceful and promotes enriching energies. She is amazing knowing where to massage without you having to tell her. My Soul Touch Massage definitely touched my soul. Penny is an absolutely amazing body worker and healer and never before have I experienced someone so tuned into what I needed. I started with a Breath Work session that was nothing short of magic and could not believe the care and guidance of this "practioner" who is the real deal. I actually purchased 3 gift sessions for some dear friends that will be celebrating a special anniversary and 1 friend for her birthday. Can't imagine a better gift to give someone. Would definitely go back.

Coming to Sedona for a total soul awakening and realignment with my wife, Penny was part of my journey with her breath and sound work. I have been having issues with truly coming to a place of detachment in my meditations and this was exactly what I needed. Upon entering her home, I immediately felt her intense yet soft energy (which resonated within me for the next couple days to follow). Instantly calming, she took some time to explain to me what breath work was and how it was beneficial. During this time, her soothing aura was preparing me for my session to come. During my session, about half way into, I experienced full detachment. It was amazing. It was exactly what I needed to break through and also a potent tool in my journey for awakening my soul. She provided me with the gift of breath work that will forever be with me, one I can take home and use for the rest of my life. I can not thank her enough for that. Do not even hesitate to expand yourself and allow Penny to introduce breath work into your life, it is life changing.

I had a breathwork w/music session & soul touch massage with Penny that blew me away & exceeded my expectations. The breathwork w/music session was a journey like no other and helped me clear several items and really address a few items that had been static. I had a breath work session with Penny during my visit to Sedona and it was mind blowing! Penny created a safe and loving space which made me feel very comfortable and uninhibited during the session. She patiently instructed me on how to do the breath work and answered my questions before beginning. The environment was very nurturing as was Penny during my 2-3 hour session.
