The Reno Aces Ballpark is a surprise. Walking in on the upper level, you'll see the ballpark spread out below, its inviting green fields contrasting with the eastern sky. The general admission section, a hillside lawn, is great for families with kids (and there's a nearby bounce house for those times when they lose interest in the game.) With plenty of seating (almost all of which is great), a variety of food venues for the hungry fan, and decent prices, the Aces ballpark is a summer treat.
Great ballpark and the games are always fun. Only real criticism is the food is a little pricey but then I find that to be true at every ballpark. Prices are very reasonable for a family outing.
Beautiful setting, friendly crowds and interesting AAA baseball. Especially nice on warm nights. Great ambience
....Any day the Aces are playing! This is another local hotspot and always a great time to see some baseball.
To me, the popularity of baseball is unfathomable... 17 minutes of sheer boredom followed by 7 seconds of excitement - that you probably missed because of the 17 minutes of boredom. However, the Aces Stadium is a great people-watching opportunity and there's always something going on in the stadium (even if there's nothing happening on the field). We took a recently-arrived German university exchange student who ended up living with us for a year. Baseball is NOT a tradition in Europe and he was totally confused by it all but had a great time. When they were throwing balls into the stands, I got a ball for him and it turned out the American throwing the balls was fluent in German, making for a significant memory for our student.Everybody seems to enjoy the Aces games... though nobody seemed to be much of an ardent fan. It was, it seemed to me, more of a social event and just downright audience fun - despite the boredom of the game itself. We'd go back
Somewhat out of the way and uneventful. But nice sight-see, especially if you enjoy baseball. Not much otherwise.
Great ballpark to take the family to. There are lots of things to do. The food is decent as far as ballpark food goes.
Aces ballpark is a fun inexpensive way to watch a ball game. Get there early and get a few autographs
This was our very 1st Baseball game we had been to, and it was a blast!!! Food was cheap and yummy, and drinks were great too!The entertainment afterwards was great, a band playing!! Had a ball....
Dont think about catching a Aces Reno game because i frequent that ball park and there is no baseball going on. The worst is that the area is being tore down . The pizza restaurant is a good corner eats but it was closed too. Recently I seen it open up. I didnt go in yet but i will eventually. Reno needs some fun why not go to a ball game i think the name got them in trouble!
Go Reno Aces! We love taking our family to see the Aces play at their home field. The ballpark is very family friendly and has a wide variety of pricing options. Go for the refillable popcorn and soda! The kids love Archie, Mr. Baseball, and all the between inning activities and games. It is awesome to be so close to the players.
Lookin' for a good ball park-type hot dog. Got a greasy polish dog of some sort. At $8 or so, I was disappointed.
New and beautifully designed ball park with very good food. Twice a year dogs are allowed in the center field "Bleacher" park-like area.
This is a great baseball park. All the seats are great. It is a great place for a fun family experience. Easy access, parking etc.
We have been to three games now, and everytime we have had a gret time. It is easy to find parking, and the people at the park are very friendly. They went out of the way to help me find food that I liked. One of the players through my daughter a ball, at age 11 thats a cool thing. If you get a chance to see a game you and the family will have fun.
