We were in town for shopping and gambling with friends and decided to party at TK's Bar. The place is very large and has a large dance floor. I could tell there were a lot of regulars up line dancing. The food was very good and reasonable. During the Red Wings game they had 32oz. domestic drafts for $4, which was nice. I will definitely come here again when in the Detroit area.
Absolutely no service. Never saw a server the whole time we were there. Went up to Bar to get our own drinks. Asked for menu and the bar tender said our server will take care of you. We ended up with nachos we bought from the bar a couple hours later. We had actually come to listen to a special country band & have dinner. Band was great anyway.
First time not that good Don't get the chicken tortilla soup nothing in it just a tomato cream sauce, nacho were ok beef was cold and very dry...sliders were good but to much bun..
a Bar in the Mall... even I've seen it before never visited and I regret it, is a lay-back bar for beer friends and sync dance moves. it was fun to see the people dancing and learning how to dance.
In Great Lakes Mall. It is an overpriced gimmicky establishment. Prices too high. burgers start at about $10.00. It is a country dance place at night. I would not go back.
Service was great. Food was as expected. We were kind of shocked that the place was almost empty on a Saturday night.
This restaurant took over what was a department store space, so it is huge. The bar is guitar shaped, and there is a small stage area for live acts. The food is just OK for the amount you pay. Waitresses are dressed skimpy, which is not necessary if you ask me.
We made a day trip from OH to MI. Never hear if this Place so decided to try it. It was big, fun, pricy & the wait staff turned our teenaged sons head! Had a mechanical bull...drinks were expensive ...everything was expensive ! But it was a good time, good atmosphere. Good music playing ( country) We tried it,prob. wont again. ;)
My husband and I stopped here for lunch while at Great Lakes Crossing. This bar looks like it would be a lot of fun in the evening. I really liked the atmosphere. I wouldn't bother with the food though, it's really average. The caesar salad was so basic and simple, the turkey wrap the same...the burger was tasty but the bun was stale.
As soon as you walk in, you feel the country feel. The music, items for sale, décor everything screams Toby Keith. A lot of fun in the evenings.
My review is simple.... Drinks are generic and priced the sane as a sporting event, service is non-existent, there is no atmosphere because it's too loud to think, and while there is a mechanical bull it too is in no way worth the price! In short.... Skip it!
Great service, prices average, My husband had a pulled pork sandwich, he said it was average portion but flavor was lacking. I had a salad that was unmemorable.
