dear all I have 5 hours layover in Minneapolis airport is there any thing to do around the airport? I will arrive next 12 feb at 2 pm and leave in an international flight to AMS at 7:15 pm

I'm very very sorry for the bad service you experienced. This is not how I like to conduct business. You should have received the board you reserved, no excuses on our part. I do know that the crew gets overwhelmed on busy days and makes mistakes but still no excuse. I would love to make it up to you with a free day rental next time you are in town.
