On my way from Vegas, my GPS informed me I was now in mountain time zone and was going from arriving early to missing my tee time. The pro shop was quite helpful in getting me out on the links course, while not charging me for the missed time on the championship course. They even offered to get me out in front of a group of 26 and have me catch up to my intended group, which was a nice gesture, but I declined. For $30 including cart, the links course was fun. With no map on a scorecard or GPS on my cart, I wasn't sure where the pin was at times and distances were hard to judge. Overall conditions were not as lush as the championship course, but for the price, I was more than happy. The clubhouse was nice and the range looked decent. The scenery was amazing and I intend to make it there again. I imagine if this resort was in Vegas, you would pay twice as much.

Dont ever play a tournament here. They are highly unorganzized. They do not have any marshalls. And you pay 180$ to get no free lunch with tournament, unorganzed staff, no marshalls to keep tournaments moving at a steady pace or ti make sure people are following rules! What a rip off. 6.5 hours to play 18 holes!! Complete joke. They let people on this coarse who break clubs, swear and yell obnoxiously, no care how they treat the coarse itself and match them up with golfers who actually care about golf. Bad bad taste in my mouth. This is twice now that we have experienced this. When you let the staff know about it all they say is " nothing we can do". Wow ok.

Our group of 8 golfers played this course twice during our week golf trip to St. George in October. The course was immaculate. Lots of attention to detail with friendly staff and on course snack and beverage service. Lots of interesting holes with the back nine quite challenging with target golf a must on several holes. Scenery is pretty incredible from many of the tee boxes. Club house is new and has a snack bar with a pretty decent hot and cold sandwich menu selection and the food was very good. We would definitely include this course on any future St. George golf vacations. You will not be disappointed.

WOW... amazing course. Beautiful, challenging and fun. Defiantly one of the best courses in Utah! Great service, nice carts with GPS. Can't wait to play there again.

The condition of the golf course was immaculate and manicured. The service was excellent. The views were breathtaking, I highly recommend that if you play golf this is one course not to be missed. I will play here every time I am in this area. My wife played and she is a beginner but so enjoyed this course that she wants to play it again. To top everything off we saw the road runner and waited for wylie Coyote.

And the golf was great too ! Cannot imagine a better course. The entire course was manicured to perfection - carts had first class GPS systems, club cleaner, ball washers - one could not ask for a better environment.Club House offered terrific food, great service and the personnel were courteous. Really, this type of spot is what keeps people returning. The sun reflecting off the canyons highlighting the various layers of red and yellow is beyond description. I've tried to describe this course several times and words do not seem adquate.A real treat to play -- don't miss this one .

A beautiful course with three nine holes layout. We played the links and cliffs nines. The course was in excellent shape. Very big greens with nice fairways and bunkers. The Links' greens could be two to three club difference depending on the pin location. The Cliff nine holes had some very scenic views and several tough holes. As noted by others, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The grill prices were reasonable and the food tasty.

Beautiful views of the surrounding red rock mountain areas. Several holes on the back ran along the cliffs which were a lot of fun to play.Overall condition was good and the personnel very friendly. Green fees were reasonable given the quality of the course.

We arrived and were told that their water system was down for a number of days and thus the fairways were yellow and hard but the greens were fine. The temperature was in the low 100's. We found out in town that the course is in financial difficulty and they had turned the water off to save money. The carts did not have small coolers on them like the other courses in the area and thus our drinks did not stay cold long. There were no rangers nor cart girl out the whole day. Top it off that one of the 4 coolers on the course was empty. Bottom line they did not think about customer service. I did speak directly to the director and informed him of my concerns and he offered me and my group a free nine holes the next day. I told him with this heat I was not coming back to the course. We had golfed here about 4 years ago and it was beautiful. I suggest you check out their financial situation before you come. We had all the other courses in our 5 days that had rangers come around with cold towels and coolers on the carts. Sad comment for such a beautiful course.

Since we played in the middle of summer, the course was a little dry and the greens a little slow. That being said, the layout was great. Some challenging shots, dog legs, great elevation changes, etc. A few easy holes along the route. Course offered some fantastic views of surrounding area. It's off the highway a few miles so make sure you check your directions before you leave the interstate.

Played the course June 25th. We started at 0715 and that seemed perfect as it was about 95 when we finished. I think it can be pretty windy, but we only had a slight breeze. This is one of the nicest courses I have ever played. Landscape was beautiful and the course was in fabulous condition. I did report that while walking a couple holes I spotted two dandelions. They promised to eradicate this black eye to the course. Of course I making a point by being absurd. The service was great and the facilities and clubhouse are wonderful. Food was good and served with a smile. I just can't even think about finding anything wrong with our round of golf. A must play.

The cart rental on Utah golf web site is $26.00 or $13.00 each but when you get there they tell you the rate is $50.00 or $25.00 each and when ask about senior rates the guy said they don't have senior rates in the summer. This course is a scam. You can play better courses anywhere in St. George for less.

I have played Sand Hollow four or five times over the last few years and every visit is better than the last. We were there in early April and the course was in immaculate condition. Greens were fast and the fairways and rough were lush. The round starts with a beautiful vista off the first tee and just gets better with every hole. When you get to the amazing holes on the back nine it is breathtaking. I love Wolf Creek and Conestoga in Mesquite but Sand Hollow is better conditioned than both of those and the twilight rate makes it very affordable. It's also playable in four hours so no problem with finishing before sunset. The new clubhouse is beautiful and try the homemade potato chips.

So gorgeous! The view of the lake, the sand dunes, and surrounded by cliffs . The most beautiful golf course hands down! I recommend it to everyone:)
