plonk!

This is my go-to bar. Great atmosphere, great drinks. The drinks are consistent here (always taste the same) service is usually great although sometimes when it is busy not so much. The drinks make up for it. Or just sit at the bar.

Spent a lovely weekend in Bozeman which included an evening at Plonk. Great bar with good seating options - the bar, couches and high tables. The wine and cocktail list looked pretty good. Interesting without being pretentious. Plonk offers a nice selection of food for a bar I thought but the BEST part of the menu is the cheese. Its seriously impressive with a great selection of US and European cheeses. Now that I think about it, Plonk may not truly be a bar because there were some kids in there for prom night. If you like cheese - this is the place to be!
