My husband and I had a fabulous ride on the beach today with Cassie, and though it was windy and chilly, it was still so much fun. Initially arranging the ride through Debbie and then the final details with Cassie, the experience was overwhelmingly positive. They were both professional and personable in creating a personalized ride for us. We highly recommend the horseback beach riding experience -- particularly with Debbie and Cassie. It is a 'must do' on beautiful Amelia at Fernandina Beach.

We got to take a ride with the wonderful Cassie. She is so nice and makes sure your ride is amazing. Our two horses were wonderful and went everywhere we asked them to go. Cassie did a wonderful job of riding with our camera and taking pictures of me and my wife the whole time. We even got to take the horses walking through the water! Highly recommend!

My wife and I had a fantastic time! Debbie has great horses and we rode along the surf on Valentine's weekend. Everything went off exactly as planned and we got some great photos to share. Excellent value, you have to do this while in the area.

Debbie went way and above to arrange our last minute ride request that was very important to me. Great horses, matched to our abilities, and VERY good photos that she took on our ride and air dropped to our iPhone. Definitely recommend this company for private rides, very small groups and personal service. Just steps from the Ritz Carlton, very convenient.

This was my first time riding a horse and it was great. Cassie was with us she was amazing,I really recommend doing this to anybody is worth the money.I LOVED IT!!

From arranging ride w/Debbie from beginning was easy & convenient. Our guide Cassy was awesome. She made the ride romantic for the two of us that have been dating for several months. The horses (Jen & Jessie) were beautiful & were "dating" as well. They never left each other's side which was great for us! Riding on & in the ocean doesn't get any better - love was in the air thanks to Debbie & Cassy! Highly recommend trying this!!

I contacted Debbie by email with many questions. She was very prompt with her replys. Debbie also sent pictures of the horses that we would ride! On the day of the ride, we met with our guide Cassy. Cassy is awesome! She gave a great briefing and paired us with the best horse for our skill level. I had no experience. She made sure that we were comfortable with the ride and gave tips during the trip on how to make the horse and rider more comfortable. I absolutely recommend Amelia Island horseback riding! The horses were beautiful, gentle, and patient, and Debbie was a lovely companion-guide. We all had a wonderful time!

Debbie is wonderful. Initial communication is excellent and very clear and easy to follow. Oh and she takes pictures on her cell phone and sends them to you right afterwards, a very nice touch. Her horses are healthy, well-fed, well-trained, and beautiful. This is a great way to enjoy nature while interacting with a magnificent creature. What a wonderful way to see this beautiful beach. I think it is every animal/nature lover's dream to horseback ride on the beach, and that dream was totally full-filled by Debbie of Cheer Horse Ranch!!! Even though my boyfriend and I were complete rookies, she made the experience comfortable and fun. Debbie will also take pictures of you as you ride and send them to you right after. I think the only thing that topped that was getting to know our horses and enjoying their personalities throughout the ride!!! Oh yeah, that and seeing dolphins just off the beach after getting there a little early!

Fernandina Beach is one of few beaches in Florida where dogs and horses are allowed on the beach. This horse lover (she also takes in rescue horses) takes you for a ride on one of the most pleasant parts of the beach, where on any given day you might see people surfing, fishing, making sand castles, walking their dogs, or just relaxing by the water. Her horses are beautiful. We live on Amelia and often arrange for visitors to take advantage of this wonderful aspect of beach life. You'll see her dismount to scoop up the horse poop -- an unfortunate disruption to the ride, but necessary to keep the beach beautiful for all kinds of visitors. Well worth the money.

My boyfriend and I booked a beach ride through Debbie for our anniversary and it was everything we had hoped for and more! Debbie was very quick to respond to emails and made planning the ride a breeze. She showed up early on the day of our ride and had the horses ready to go when we arrived. The ride on the beach was beautiful! It was a foggy day, but that made our pictures even more amazing. Debbie should be an amateur photographer! I was so impressed by how well our pictures turned out, and she only used her iPhone! Debbie used AirDrop after our ride so we had about 40 pictures to gawk at in just seconds. The great thing about using Debbie vs other places is that you aren't required to wear a helmet, and she lets you take control of the horses. You don't have to follow her or any other guide. She stayed behind us and took photos the whole way. We were able to gallop with the horses on the beach and go into the water as well. It was just like a fairy-tale :) Thank you Debbie!

My wife asked on a whim if we could go horseback riding on the beach as we visited Amelia Island for Thanksgiving. She soon forgot about the request but I took it to heart. I was able to find this riding service and could not have been happier. I am a bit of a worry wart so I remained in constant contact via email. All of my many questions were answered in a timely fashion. The ride itself went very well. It was my first time riding a horse so I was a bit anxious at first. I was filled with confidence by our guide and the ride was great. She knew the horses' personalities well and was able to predict their mannerisms in advance. We rode for quite a while and were really left to enjoy the ride. If you're looking to ride on the beach this is the place. No need to look further.

I was able to ride on the beach of Amelia Island. This has always been a dream and it was brought true by Debbie from Cheers Ranch. It was everything I had ever dreamt it would be and more. The sound of hooves on the sand and splashing in the water...to see the waves come curling in while running along the shoreline. It was amazing! I highly recommend this to anyone with a love of horses and the ocean!
