I visited this theater with friends in early March of 2013 with snow on the ground. So, I haven't had the privilege of seeing a show. However, there was a wonderful older lady who was happy to tell us just a bit about the history and the remodeling, as we walked around, which was very interesting to me. I remember loving the bathrooms. I wish I could remember more detail, however, it is worth a sightsee stop if you are in the downtown Uniontown area.

An architectural gem and centerpiece of the old downtown Uniontown. Uniontown is blessed to have a group of people that cared enough to save this old vaudeville house and picture palace, as I recall it was once in some danger, like the Metropolitan in Morgantown, getting old and neglected. It's a beauty now and something the town should be proud of.

I have seen 2 shows here over the summer and though the theater is nice and in nice condition, it seemed that there was no air conditioning! It was VERY Hot! Also, after seeing a dance review there and the lights were crazy flashing strobe like, I thought it was just that dance company, but they were like that at another musical I saw there later in the summer! This DID NOT add to the productions at all! AND I'm glad I don't have seizures! Hopefully no one else in the audience does either!

We put on a massive town hall here and the staff was wonderful to work with all day and night. Very accommodating for those looking to film something inside. Production friendly. I would film here again if given the opportunity.
