Ok, so they don't have a sign (just a red light), it's on a side street, it looks like a garage from the outside... Yes, I've see this episode of It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia. Speakeasies were in style recently. The place only has a couple seats, & the staff are MIA. People kept mistaking some young woman patron as a worker, because it is completely impossible to get service. This is a cool idea, but they took the cool factor beyond hipster slacker levels to the point of contempt toward customers. You'll get vodka service faster if you go home, build a still & make your own.
